AI Solutions development and implementation at Nortal Lithuania

Nortal Lithuania is implementing the project “Development and Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Solutions at Nortal UAB,” funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility under the “Next Generation Lithuania” plan and the 2021–2027 EU Structural Funds Investment Program.

The project aims to drive innovation by developing and implementing AI solutions to streamline the business service center functions. This involves automating processes, enhancing work efficiency, and reducing the need for repetitive technical operations. These advancements will create opportunities to elevate the value of the services we provide, enabling smarter and more efficient ways of working.

Building on this foundation, Nortal is launching a cutting-edge AI Lab in Lithuania, supported by the same funding. This lab will accelerate innovation and focus on creating tools that:

  • Automate software testing, saving time and improving quality
  • Streamline code reviews, enabling developers to concentrate on complex challenges
  • Simplify workflows, fostering smarter and more creative teamwork

And that’s just the start. The AI Lab will be a space for experimentation and creativity. It’s where we’ll explore fresh ideas and develop solutions we haven’t even imagined yet – tools that will shape the way we work and deliver value to our customers for years to come.

– Mindaugas Taraila, Nortal Lithuania Country Manager

AI is reshaping how we think about programming. It’s not about replacing developers – it’s about unlocking their full potential. By automating the tedious, AI gives engineers the freedom to experiment, innovate, and focus on solving the kinds of problems that truly move the needle. With this AI Lab, we’re building on what we’ve already achieved and setting the stage for even greater impact.

Project value – 400 267 Eur.

ES funding – 200 000 Eur.

Project timeline:  11/2024-02/2026

We’re proud to take this next step from Lithuania, and we can’t wait to see where it leads.
